About Us
House of Bread Church
Welcome
We are a church where people from all walks of life can come to worship, grow in the Word, find purpose, and experience the love of God.
Our Story
House of Bread Church began as a home ministry in the garage of Apostle Shirley Battles. As the Lord began to bless, there was soon not enough room to hold the people. After much prayer, she stepped out in faith and launched the ministry in Victoria, Texas.
On October 7, 2013, House of Bread Church officially opened its doors. With the encouragement of her husband and church members, the ministry continued to grow, and in October 2017 the church moved to its home at 3902 E. Rio Grande, Victoria, Texas.
